Sound familiar?

The problems every board knows by heart.

📧
Board time disappears into email.

Decisions live in inbox threads nobody can find later. BAB keeps votes, notices, and decisions in one auditable place.

📞
"Did anyone call the manager about that?"

Maintenance requests by voicemail vanish. Residents file requests in the app; the board sees status, SLAs, and satisfaction scores.

📒
The gate binder.

Guest access on paper means no record at all. Digital visitor passes give every entry a timestamped trail.

Board & manager — SLAs, polls, audit trail

BAB works alongside your manager — it doesn't replace them.

Your management company keeps their accounting and banking stack. BAB adds the resident-facing layer they don't have: a branded community app, digital visitor passes, maintenance intake with photos, broadcast announcements, and a manager dashboard with clean reports for board meetings. Fewer resident phone calls for them; better paper trail for you. Onboarding asks almost nothing of them — we import units, buildings, and roles ourselves.

Getting Started

Live in your community in 4 steps.

1
We build your community

Buildings, units, and amenities imported by us — on day one. You're not doing data entry.

2
Residents join by invite

Email or text invite — or download the app from the App Store / Google Play and enter your community code. No group texts required.

3
Board & manager get dashboards

Maintenance SLAs, announcements, community polls, and a full audit log — visible from day one.

4
90 days, then you decide

Keep it, or export your data and walk away. No contract, no hard feelings.

Platform Capabilities

Everything your community needs,
in one place.

Six modules, live today — every one of them is in the pilot, not on a roadmap.

🔧
Maintenance with SLA Tracking

Residents submit requests with photos. The board sees status, response times, and satisfaction scores — accountability without micromanaging.

🗳️
Community Polls

Live results and quorum tracking for community decisions. Every vote and outcome stays in one auditable place instead of an email thread.

📢
Broadcast Announcements

Reach every resident by push and email in one send — no group texts, no cork board, no "I never saw that notice."

🏊
Amenity Booking

Pool, tennis, community center, garden plots — booked in-app with conflict detection, capacity limits, and approval workflows built in.

🚨
Emergency Alerts

One-tap alerts that reach every resident's phone instantly — with role-targeted delivery so the right people act first.

Proven in production

In live pilot at Jannah 2 — a 2,600-unit gated community — since May 2026.

Questions Boards Ask

Frequently asked questions.

How is our community's data secured?
BAB runs on Google Cloud (Firebase) with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and per-community data isolation. Residents see only their own community, and access to sensitive records is restricted by role. We never sell or share your community's data.
What does our property manager have to do?
Very little. We import your buildings, units, and roles ourselves, and your management company keeps its existing accounting and banking stack. The manager gets a dashboard for maintenance, announcements, and reports — most managers see fewer resident phone calls within the first month.
What do residents need to use BAB?
A phone or a web browser. Residents join by email or text invite, or download the app from the App Store or Google Play and enter the community code. BAB is always free for residents — the community pays per door, not per user.
What happens after the 90-day pilot?
You decide. Keep BAB at $3 per door per month with no contract, or end the pilot and take your data with you. There's no auto-conversion, no cancellation fee, and no obligation of any kind.
Who owns the data?
Your association does. You can export your community's data at any time — during the pilot or after — and if you leave, we delete it on request. BAB is the software vendor; the records are yours.
