BAB is a mobile app for HOA and condo communities. Residents use it to send QR guest passes, vote in polls, book amenities and report maintenance issues. Boards use it to run all of that from one place.
BAB is made by BAB PROPTECH LLC, an Illinois limited liability company based in Chicago. It serves communities in the United States and Egypt, in English and Arabic.
What BAB costs: $3 per door per month, capped at $149 a month for communities of up to 300 doors. Every community starts with a free 90-day pilot and no contract.
What BAB doesn't do: collect dues or keep the books. Communities keep their current accounting.
